About The Position

CAPITAL Hyundai of Greensboro is seeking a proactive, customer-focused Automotive Porter/Valet. The role supports a positive customer experience by maintaining a clean, organized dealership lot and providing valet services. The position helps create a welcoming, well-maintained environment for customers and dealership staff. The role may also assist with managing vehicle inventory and perform other assigned duties. Requirements

Previous experience as a porter, valet, or in a similar role is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks such as walking and standing.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must pass pre-employment background screenings.

Responsibilities

Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the dealership lot.
Ensure vehicles are properly staged, parked, and arranged according to dealership standards.
Perform regular cleanliness inspections and report issues to appropriate departments.
Provide valet services for customers visiting the dealership.
Greet customers, assist with parking, and retrieve their vehicles upon departure.
Welcome customers and assist with questions or requests.
Assist with managing vehicle inventory, including tracking vehicle locations and availability.
Perform other duties as assigned.
