About The Position

CAPITAL Hyundai of Greensboro is seeking a proactive, customer-focused Automotive Porter/Valet. The role supports a positive customer experience by maintaining a clean and organized dealership lot and providing valet services. The porter/valet helps create a welcoming, well-maintained environment for customers and dealership staff by arranging vehicles, assisting customers with parking and vehicle retrieval, and helping manage vehicle inventory.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks such as walking and standing.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment background screenings.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a porter, valet, or in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the dealership lot.
• Ensure vehicles are staged, parked, and arranged according to dealership standards.
• Inspect vehicles regularly for cleanliness and report issues to the appropriate departments.
• Provide valet services to customers visiting the dealership.
• Greet customers, assist with parking, and retrieve vehicles when customers depart.
• Welcome customers and assist with questions or requests.
• Help manage vehicle inventory, including tracking vehicle locations and availability.
• Perform other assigned duties.
