About The Position
Responsible for delivering friendly, courteous service while maintaining cleanliness in assigned areas. The Utility Porter performs deep cleaning, scrubbing, polishing, and other labor-intensive tasks across the casino floor, including areas above six feet. Duties include trash removal, window cleaning, and operating ladders, lifts, and motorized equipment. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and adherence to Service Standards, Safety Procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures.
