About The Position

The Population Health Strategy Director is responsible for improving the quality of care and health outcomes while managing costs for Humana’s Illinois members. The director collaborates with clinical, operational, and financial teams to support market-wide initiatives. This is a hybrid position with travel, based in or near Illinois. Work is typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time, with up to 25% travel across Illinois. Occasional travel to Humana offices for meetings or training may also be required.
