About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Pool Server to join their talented Food & Beverage team. This role involves delivering exceptional poolside dining experiences, providing attentive, personalized service to guests while showcasing fresh Southwestern cuisine and handcrafted cocktails at Saguaro Blossom. The position is set against the backdrop of Pinnacle Peak and offers an opportunity to create memorable moments and embody the warm, genuine hospitality that defines Four Seasons. Requirements

• 1-3 years of food and beverage experience required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outdoor environment and work comfortably in Arizona's desert climate.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent guest service skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Valid Maricopa County Food Handler's Card required
• Valid authorization to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

• Previous hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive poolside service by delivering food, beverages, water, towels, and other amenities.
• Assist guests with seating arrangements and ensure their comfort throughout their visit.
• Create a positive guest experience by responding promptly to requests and interacting with guests in a friendly, professional, and service-oriented manner.
• Accurately present menus, take orders, process transactions through the point-of-sale system, and deliver food and beverages efficiently and according to service standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment by clearing tables, resetting poolside seating areas, and completing opening and closing side work.
• Collaborate with culinary and other team members to ensure timely service, product quality, and a seamless guest experience.
