About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Pool Server to join their talented Food & Beverage team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional poolside dining experiences, providing attentive, personalized service to guests while showcasing fresh Southwestern cuisine and handcrafted cocktails at Saguaro Blossom. Requirements

• 1-3 years of food and beverage experience required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outdoor environment and work comfortably in Arizona's desert climate.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent guest service skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Valid Maricopa County Food Handler's Card required
• Valid authorization to work in the United States

• previous hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive poolside service by delivering food, beverages, water, towels, and other amenities while assisting guests with seating arrangements and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit.
• Create a positive guest experience by responding promptly to requests and interacting with guests in a friendly, professional, and service-oriented manner.
• Accurately present menus, take orders, process transactions through the point-of-sale system, and deliver food and beverages efficiently and according to service standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment by clearing tables, resetting poolside seating areas, and completing opening and closing side work.
• Collaborate with culinary and other team members to ensure timely service, product quality, and a seamless guest experience.
