Assist with the preparation and production of food items for all food and beverage areas primarily the pool kitchen. Responsible for set up, clean up, and organization of all cooking stations with proper supplies products and equipment. Prepare menu items in cooperation and collaboration with food and beverage staff. Ensure attractive, consistent presentations of food items. Accommodate customer requests in a timely manner. Must have open availability Tuesday-Sunday. Hours of operation 11am-7pm.
