Pool Bartender - Private Country Club
About The Position
The Tuxedo Club seeks an experienced, enthusiastic and customer service driven Bartender to join their team. The role involves providing an excellent member and guest experience by utilizing knowledge and skill of beverage service and operation. Responsibilities include inventory, stocking, setting up lists, opening/closing out the bar, and creating and serving all beverages. The Bartender must maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and seating area, adhere to all Club uniform standards, and comply with all NYS Health & Safety codes with regard to food & beverage. The job description also states that duties are not limited to those listed and other job-related duties may be assigned by a Supervisor or Director.
Requirements
- 2 years' bartending experience
- Basic knowledge of DOH regulations
- Ability to develop inventory lists, stocking and set up lists specific to function amount
- Advanced knowledge of spirits, wine and beer
- Knowledge of the most common cocktails, garnishes, mixed drinks and specialty drinks
- Team player that is energetic, professional, has a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work varied shifts which include weekdays, evenings, weekends & holidays
