Pool Bartender - Private Country Club
About The Position
The Tuxedo Club seeks an experienced, enthusiastic and customer service driven Bartender to join our team! This role involves providing an excellent member and guest experience by utilizing knowledge and skill of beverage service and operation. Duties include inventory, stocking, set up lists, opening/closing out bar, creating and serving all beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar and seating area. The position requires adherence to all Club uniform standards and compliance with all NYS Health & Safety codes regarding food & beverage. This job description is not exhaustive, and employees may be required to perform other job-related duties as assigned by their Supervisor or Director.
Requirements
- 2 years' bartending experience
- Basic knowledge of DOH regulations
- Ability to develop inventory lists, stocking and set up lists specific to function amount
- Advanced knowledge of spirits, wine and beer
- Knowledge of the most common cocktails, garnishes, mixed drinks and specialty drinks
- Team player that is energetic, professional, has a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work varied shifts which include weekdays, evenings, weekends & holidays
