About The Position
The Pool & Beach Supervisor must effectively coordinate and supervise the operation of the Pool & Beach or any other supported areas. The role also serves the pool & beach staff and leads the team to provide an exceptional guest experience according to Four Seasons standards.
Requirements
- Previous luxury hospitality experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience in Food & Beverage
- Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
Nice To Haves
- College degree or equivalent preferred
Responsibilities
- Ensure service procedures and standards are being executed by all pool & beach staff
- Ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, strong guest engagement skills to effectively develop a rapport and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests or residents.
- Assist with the service and preparation of beverage and food to guests and Amenities.
