About The Position

Your role is responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience, all aimed at fostering connections and ensuring our team thrives together in a spirit of collaboration and shared purpose.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills that foster a friendly and collaborative atmosphere.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wines and spirits.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional service that makes a difference to our Membership.
  • TABC required.

Nice To Haves

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender in a resort setting, preferred.
  • A strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, including ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver service with care and attention, always prioritizing quality and the well-being of the Members.
  • Answer guest questions about the menu, drinks, and the club.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure guest safety and well-being.
  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mixed drinks, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic mocktails.
  • Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations, including responsible alcohol service policies (e.g., TABC).
  • Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of all drinks, following established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
  • Stock and replenish bar inventory, including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of the bar area.
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment for staff and guests.
  • Adhere to all club policies and procedures.
  • Any other duties, as assigned.
