Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Previous experience in Housekeeping, hospitality, or customer service is a plus

Responsibilities

Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service to all pool guests
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pool deck, cabanas, and furniture
Ensure guests are promptly offered amenities such as cold towels, water, and refreshments
Monitor and manage pool towel inventory (distribution and collection)
Partner with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Spa teams to ensure seamless service
Greet and acknowledge guests by name whenever possible to elevate the experience
Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times
Assist with ongoing upkeep including cleaning furniture, cushions, and surrounding areas
Support special projects and operational needs as directed by leadership
