Requirements

  • Must have at least 6 months of previous hospitality-related service experience.
  • Able to become certified in basic CPR and First Aid.
  • Strong Communication Skills Required
  • Highly motivated self-starter focused on quality, organization, guest service and teamwork.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure work environment while executing delegated tasks and assignments.
  • Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must have basic swimming skills to assist a guest in the pool, if needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Customer Service Experience Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, personalized, and anticipatory service to every guest, ensuring a world-class recreation experience.
  • Support and host daily activities, seasonal events, and children’s programming, engaging guests of all ages.
  • Present fresh towels to guests with genuine hospitality while maintaining inventory and stock.
  • Provide accurate resort and local area knowledge to enhance the guest experience.
  • Arrange, move, and position pool furniture and umbrellas to create inviting spaces.
  • Maintain the daily cleanliness, order, and presentation of the pool deck, cabanas, towel hut, and recreation areas to luxury resort standards.
  • Supervise and oversee safe use of water slides, cabanas, and other recreational amenities as directed.
  • Enforce pool and recreation guidelines with professionalism to ensure guest safety.
  • Ensure all recreation equipment is clean, well-maintained, and in proper working order.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance or safety concerns, administering first aid as trained and following all safety protocols.
  • Work independently while upholding Omni’s service and operational standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all guest and hotel information.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Recreation Supervisor or Manager.
