About The Position
Our client is seeking a Polysomnographer/Sleep Tech for a Neuro Diagnostics position in Madison, Indiana. The role involves a 12-hour shift. Candidates must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. Applicants must also meet the listed clinical, certification, health-screening, and pre-employment screening requirements.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- Two current clinical references
- Physical examination completed within the last 12 months
- TB skin test completed within the last 12 months
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
- Respiratory fit test completed within the last 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must pass pre-employment screening, background check, and urine drug screening
