About The Position
This is a Polysomnographer / Sleep Tech position within Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics. The role is for a short-term acute care facility with 108 total staff beds. The position is non-billable during orientation and is a 0-hour orientation versus a standard 40-hour orientation. The position does not float between units. The role requires working on Fridays with the shift extending into Saturday morning. Block schedules are required. The expected ratio is 2:1. Special requirements include having an Oregon State License in hand.
Requirements
- Oregon State License in hand
- Must pass the Oregon State Law & Rules Exam
- Complete fingerprinting for Oregon license
- Ability to work Friday night shifts extending into Saturday morning
- Ability to adhere to block schedules
- Ability to maintain a 2:1 patient ratio
