About The Position
This position is for a Polysomnographer / Sleep Tech in a Short Term Acute Care facility with 108 total staff beds. The role requires the individual to work block schedules and may involve floating between units. The charting system used is Epic. Parking is free. There is a requirement to pass the Oregon State Law & Rules Exam, which may require travel to Oregon for completion. Applicants are advised to apply and submit all requirements, then follow up with fingerprinting and the Laws and Rules Exam in Oregon to obtain their license.
Requirements
- Must have required license or license in hand.
- Must pass the Oregon State Law & Rules Exam.
- Complete fingerprinting as per Oregon board instructions.
- Submit a completed application prior to completing fingerprints.
Responsibilities
- Perform polysomnography procedures.
- Monitor patient sleep patterns.
- Analyze sleep study data.
- Document patient information and study results.
