About The Position
This position is for an EEG Tech in the Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics department. The role involves performing EEGs and may require floating between units, specifically between Providence Portland and Providence St. Vincent's. On-call duties are required, including rotating weekdays and weekends, typically 2-4 weekdays per month and one weekend every six weeks. Weekend work is also required, with occasional needs to cover day shifts when other staff are on Paid Time Off. The standard work schedule is Wednesday to Saturday, 07:30 to 16:00, with block schedules required. The expected ratio is 1:1.
Requirements
- ABRET CERT PREFERRED NOT REQUIRED
- EEG tech travelers only have to commute from Providence Portland to Providence St. Vincent's a distance of about 11 miles
