• Resilience and ability to handle sensitive digital content with discretion and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate social media content to ensure compliance with global community standards and safety policies.
• Analyze reported content for potential policy violations, including hate speech, misinformation, and graphic imagery.
• Apply nuanced language skills to interpret context and cultural subtleties within user-generated content in Polish.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate emerging digital safety risks on the platform.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity in a high-volume social media moderation environment.
• Stay updated on evolving trends and policy updates within the dynamic social media landscape.
• Draft detailed reports regarding content trends to help improve the safety architecture of the platform.
