About The Position

No previous insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.

- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, administration, banking, military service, call centers, client relations, or sales can be helpful—but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
- Build relationships by providing professional, responsive customer service
- Learn about each client's needs and provide personalized guidance
- Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options
- Answer questions regarding coverage and policy information
- Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment
- Assist existing policyholders with policy reviews and beneficiary updates
- Provide ongoing service and follow-up support
- Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation
- Follow company procedures and applicable state insurance requirements
