About The Position
Mountain West Farm Bureau Insurance is currently hiring for a full-time Policy Services Indexer to join our team! The Policy Services Indexer is responsible for daily indexing duties and coding mortgagee changes and policies. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to accuracy and completeness. This full-time position is located at the home office in Laramie, WY and typically works 40 hours per week between 8 am to 5 pm, Monday-Friday.
Requirements
- Effectively reads, writes, and speaks the English language.
- Uses knowledge, skills, and abilities to maintain high levels of personal and professional integrity, and to act as an ethical agent who promotes core values throughout the organization.
- Gives full attention to what other people are saying and makes sure to understand the points being made.
- Uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
- Possess knowledge and principles and processes for providing customer service.
- Follows established procedures, guides oneself with little or no supervision.
- Actively looks for ways to help people.
- High school degree or GED.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Office experience with emphasis on computer skills.
- Pass a drug and alcohol screening.
- Undergo a background check.
- Have a clear Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
