The Gaming Analytics Department is responsible for leading all analytical work related to table games, slots, poker and other gaming products. Our team works with table games and slots operational leadership, Shared Services (ESS Gaming), and property leadership (AGMs/GMs) to optimize the gaming floor and explore/test new products. Some of their activities include: Gaming asset optimization: making recommendations for the types of table games and number of slot units necessary to satisfy demand. Creating and updating recurring product performance models and reports Advising gaming leadership: analyzing and reporting on the financial performance and profitability of table games and slot units on a monthly basis. Assisting with ad hoc analyses

Requirements

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Title 31 guidelines
  • Understanding and utilization of suspicious activity reports for casinos (SARC)
  • Complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for team member scheduling, special requests, and PTO
  • Responsible for preparing and conducting performance reviews
  • Responsible for recommending, implementing and enforcing progressive discipline
  • Responsible for disciplinary and termination decisions in accordance with Company policy
  • Implements and manages processes and programs to effectively control and reduce loss time injuries
  • Review and adjust staffing levels to maintain budgeted level of employment
  • Development of staff, interviews, hires, and evaluates
  • Review poker room activities and promotional status with Director of Poker
  • Assists Director with monitoring and adjusting performance to local competition
  • Be familiar with Title 31 guidelines, and understand and utilize suspicious activity reports for casinos (SARC) when necessary
  • Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities, and assist as needed
  • Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner and empower and require others to do the same
  • Perform other duties as assigned or reasonably requested by any member of management
