About The Position

Concorde Education partners with schools and educational organizations nationwide to provide hands-on enrichment programs for K–12 students. Independent instructional contractors may lead in-person Pokémon Trading Card Game enrichment programs at partner schools, generally for elementary and middle school students, with possible opportunities for other grade levels. Programs typically run for approximately 8–10 weeks and involve about 1–4 instructional hours per week, primarily after school. Start dates are rolling throughout the school year, and assignment details vary by partner school needs. Instruction may cover Pokémon TCG rules and mechanics, gameplay strategies, deck-building, friendly matches, and structured group activities. Programs use age-appropriate gameplay to encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, mathematical reasoning, strategic decision-making, communication, and sportsmanship. Formal teaching certification is not required. Compensation generally starts at $50+ per completed instructional hour, with rates determined by assignment and other factors. These are potential independent contractor assignments, not employee positions; availability and hours are not guaranteed.
