About The Position
HomeTown Pharmacy is looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual who represents the company both internally and customer-facing. Customer service experience is a top priority, and professionalism should always be maintained.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- 2+ years of retail customer service experience
- Proficient in Math
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of organization
- Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Travel flexibility/availability
Nice To Haves
- Associates degree (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Be the subject matter expert in Epicor POS
- Train employees in inventory process
- Implement and communicate changes to inventory process
- Acting as the primary resource for troubleshooting register failures, printer issues, and network connectivity problems
- Managing item files, pricing, promotional data, tax tables, and ensuring proper data transmission between front-end registers and back-office systems
- Analyz transaction reports
- Monitor and prepare inventory reports
- Implement promotional pricing
