Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Nice To Haves
- POS system integration and implementation experience.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or grocery environments.
- Familiarity with NCR ENCOR systems.
- Working knowledge of POS systems.
- Strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored POS solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with sales teams, management, vendors, and clients to analyze business needs and translate them into effective system configurations.
- Analyze, program/configure, test, and document POS systems/software.
- Provide knowledge and proficiency in POS software, operating systems, and networks.
- Effectively and efficiently manage every installation project assigned, within the scope of work, to ensure quality client service and satisfaction.
- Effectively train clients in POS functionality.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
