Point of Sale Coordinator - Part Time

About The Position

The Point of Sale Coordinator supports the receiving, warehousing, distribution, and inventory control of point-of-sale materials in an organized manner for the company’s sales divisions and suppliers. The schedule is Wednesday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The pay rate is $20.49 per hour.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
Basic PC skills, including use of Microsoft Office and other computer programs such as presentation software.
Verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask, work independently and/or as part of a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to drive a forklift.

Nice To Haves

Experience in logistics, inventory replenishment, merchandising, warehousing, or a similar industry.

Responsibilities

Verify and allocate point-of-sale materials, including dealer loaders.
Help prepare point-of-sale materials and dealer loader items for delivery to accounts or sales representative pick-ups.
Assist with point-of-sale inventory, maintain current physical inventory, and purge outdated materials.
Receive, check in, and locate point-of-sale materials; assist with merchandise distribution and maintain the point-of-sale warehouse area.
Work with sales management and suppliers to establish dealer loader programs and allocate point-of-sale materials.
Assist with new store setups and existing store resets.
Assist with setup for special events and meetings, such as trade shows and off-site meetings.
Maintain a clean and organized working environment and point-of-sale warehouse department.
Build displays in accounts using point-of-sale materials.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
