About The Position

An established, growing multispecialty practice is seeking a surgically trained Podiatrist / Foot & Ankle Surgeon (DPM) to join its collaborative medical team. The role offers opportunities across offices in Wayne, Clifton, Jersey City, Hoboken, Paramus, and Randolph, New Jersey. The practice offers a base salary of $200,000–$300,000 annually, depending on experience, additional bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits. This is described as a long-term role in a supportive practice focused on helping patients regain mobility and return to the activities they enjoy.

Requirements

• Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree.
• Board-Certified or Board-Qualified in Foot and Ankle Surgery.
• Active New Jersey license or ability to obtain one.
• Strong clinical and surgical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic foot and ankle conditions.
• Provide individualized conservative and surgical treatment plans.
• Perform foot and ankle surgical procedures.
• Treat fractures, sports injuries, deformities, and other podiatric conditions.
• Perform injections and minor office-based procedures.
• Provide patient education and postoperative follow-up care.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
