About The Position

An established multispecialty healthcare organization is seeking a full-time Foot & Ankle Orthopedic Surgeon in Moultrie, Georgia. The surgeon will work a Monday–Friday schedule with designated operating room block time and take call approximately seven days per month, including general orthopedic coverage. Additional compensation is available for extra call.

The position joins three board-certified orthopedic surgeons with advanced practice provider support. The established orthopedic practice is near the hospital campus and offers opportunities to precept medical students and residents in a collaborative environment with modern surgical facilities.

Requirements

• MD or DO with completed or upcoming Orthopedic Surgery residency.
• Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgery fellowship required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Georgia medical license or eligibility through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.
• Orthopedic surgery training required; podiatry-only training does not qualify.

Responsibilities

• Provide foot and ankle orthopedic surgical care.
• Participate in general orthopedic call approximately seven days per month.
• Precept medical students and residents.
