About The Position

Vosyn’s NovaForge / AI Venture Lab is seeking a Podcast & Media Production Intern to join their AI Venture Lab initiative. This role will focus on producing podcast content, capturing event media, and supporting storytelling initiatives for NovaForge events and TEDx-style programs. The internship is a 520-hour placement, with both full-time and part-time options available, and flexible start dates. The company is an accelerator and incubator focused on AI innovation, operating in a dynamic environment and supporting startups with resources to thrive. They are currently spearheading a significant IPO initiative and offer interns the chance to contribute to high-impact projects shaping the future of AI.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or completed a Master’s in business, public policy, communications, or related fields.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in grant writing, research, or funding applications.
• Strong ability to write clearly, persuasively, and with attention to detail.
• Ability to identify and analyze funding opportunities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in innovation, startups, and funding ecosystems.
• Passion for learning, curiosity, and willingness to contribute to the team.
• Ability to video record answers for a video questionnaire.
• Must complete a minimum of 520 hours for the program.

Responsibilities

• Plan, record, and edit podcast episodes featuring founders, investors, and industry leaders.
• Capture video, audio, and behind-the-scenes content during events.
• Edit audio/video content for distribution across platforms.
• Assist in developing episode outlines, scripts, and narratives.
• Help publish and promote podcast episodes and media content.
• Stay current with trends in podcasting, media production, and digital storytelling.
