About The Position

NovaForge / AI Venture Lab is seeking a Grant & Funding Application Writer Intern to join their AI Venture Lab initiative. This role will focus on researching, preparing, and submitting grant and funding applications to support NovaForge’s programs and ecosystem growth. The intern will work closely with leadership to secure non-dilutive funding opportunities. The placement is a 520-hour internship, with options for both full-time and part-time schedules, and flexible ongoing start dates. The company is an accelerator and incubator focused on driving Artificial Intelligence innovation and supporting startups.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or completed a Master’s in business, public policy, communications, or related fields.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in grant writing, research, or funding applications.
• Strong ability to write clearly, persuasively, and with attention to detail.
• Ability to identify and analyze funding opportunities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in innovation, startups, and funding ecosystems.
• Passion for learning, curiosity, and willingness to contribute to the team.

Responsibilities

• Identify relevant grants, funding programs, and sponsorship opportunities aligned with NovaForge’s mission.
• Prepare high-quality grant proposals, applications, and supporting documentation.
• Collect and structure required information, metrics, and narratives for submissions.
• Work with internal teams to gather inputs and align applications with strategic goals.
• Maintain a pipeline of applications, deadlines, and outcomes.
• Stay updated on funding trends, government programs, and non-dilutive capital strategies.
