About The Position

The POD Rebate Coordinator ensures vendor rebates are calculated, reconciled, and received accurately and on time. This is a full-time, on-site position in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, with a Monday–Friday day schedule. RJ Schinner is a family-owned wholesale redistributor founded in 1951, with 21 distribution centers and more than 600 employees.

Requirements

• Have intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Have polished oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate keen attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance.
• 1–3 years of experience working in the distribution industry.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate payment of vendor and marketing, growth, Journeys, and shelter rebates.
• Reconcile rebate reports against vendor payments due.
• Manage vendor inquiries and discrepancies.
• Evaluate, monitor, and organize vendor payments received.
• Provide detailed purchase reports for vendor deductions.
• Review and understand vendor contracts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
