About The Position

The POD Rebate Coordinator ensures that vendor rebates are calculated, reconciled, and received accurately and in a timely manner. This is a full-time, on-site position with a Monday–Friday schedule during regular business hours, based in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.

RJ Schinner is a family-owned wholesale redistributor founded in 1951. The company has more than 75 years of success, 21 distribution centers across the United States, and over 600 employees. It supplies disposable paper, cleaning, and food service packaging products to distributors in 48 states.

Requirements

• Well-organized and self-directed.
• Demonstrated complex problem-solving skills.
• Ability to partner with all levels within the organization.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Polished oral and written communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance.
• 1–3 years of experience working in the distribution industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate payment of vendor and marketing, growth, Journeys, and shelter rebates.
• Reconcile rebate reports against vendor payments due.
• Manage vendor inquiries and discrepancies.
• Evaluate, monitor, and organize vendor payments received.
• Prepare detailed purchase reports for vendor deductions.
• Review and understand vendor contracts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
