It follows a hybrid work model of approximately 70% on-site and 30% remote, with a strong on-site presence to support project teams, facilitate cross-functional alignment, and ensure timely follow-up of project topics.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, project management, industrialization, manufacturing project support, or a closely related role.
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining project trackers, action lists, risk registers, stakeholder information, meeting documentation, and status reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders while maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including consolidating project data and creating clear operational and management-level reports.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English with cross-functional and international stakeholders at operational and management levels.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently, persistently follow up with action owners, identify missing information, and escalate risks or delays in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model with approximately 70% on-site presence and adapt to changing project priorities in a manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in automotive manufacturing, new product launch, industrialization, project handover, production readiness, supplier/OEM project environments, or implementation of PMO governance processes.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain PMO processes, tools, templates, and governance routines established by the Senior Project Manager / PMO Lead.
  • Coordinate development-to-production handover activities and verify that project information, responsibilities, risks, open topics, deliverables, and readiness criteria are identified and transparent before handover.
  • Create and maintain stakeholder registers, including stakeholder roles, communication needs, decision interfaces, and escalation paths.
  • Create, maintain, and actively follow project risk and issue registers, ensuring risks have clear ownership, mitigation actions, target dates, and appropriate escalation.
  • Create and maintain Lists of Open Points, action registers, and decision logs; follow up with action owners, challenge overdue items, and escalate critical or unresolved topics.
  • Coordinate project communication, including recurring meetings, agendas, minutes, action tracking, information distribution, and documented follow-up between development and production teams.
  • Prepare and maintain operational and management-level project reporting covering status, milestones, risks, open points, handover readiness, critical deviations, and decision requirements.
  • Consolidate project information from cross-functional stakeholders and verify data quality, completeness, and consistency before reporting or escalation.
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, due dates, and handover deliverables; identify schedule deviations or missing inputs and coordinate corrective follow-up.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and PMO records to support traceability, transparency, lessons learned, and repeatable project governance.
  • Support continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, reporting methods, and handover standards based on feedback, lessons learned, and recurring execution gaps.
