About The Position

As PMO and Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a variety of programs for US-based businesses under Corning Glass Innovations (CGI), working closely with business leaders and functions, and delivering results that contribute to operational improvement, as well as business growth for CGI and Corning as a whole.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or related required
3+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business transformation, or corporate development
Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous business challenges using data-driven insights
Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across functions
Track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes
Demonstrated leadership in managing project & people across functions and regions
Seasoned in technological areas, ability to engage in technology discussions

Nice To Haves

MBA or advanced degree in science and technology
Experience in consulting and/or complex global organizations preferred

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional strategic programs that deliver measurable business impact
Drive end-to-end execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities
Evaluate market opportunities and commercialization strategies for emerging technologies
