About The Position

Beverage South (GA/SC) is looking for dynamic employees to join the Beverage South Family in our Warehouse. Come join our AWESOME TEAM and have FUN while you work with BEER! The PM Production Supervisor reports directly to the Warehouse Manager while managing 10-15 load crew members. Responsible for managing the safe, efficient, and accurate loading of all delivery vehicles. Also performs the assigned maintenance tasks that accompany the position.

Requirements

1-3 years of management experience in the beverage industry or similar field.
Must be capable of supervising and training.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong time management abilities.
Strong decision-making abilities.
Competency in basic warehouse tasks including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and cleanliness.
Competency in basic shift-specific tasks.
Competency in assigned operational functions of WMS systems (Current system VIP).
Ability to ensure proper product rotation and segregation using FIFO methods.
Ability to deliver and manage inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

Manage 10-15 load crew members.
Manage the safe, efficient, and accurate loading of all delivery vehicles.
Perform assigned maintenance tasks.
Assist manager with enforcement of Beverage South warehouse standard practices.
Maximize productivity standards to meet operational timelines and budgets.
Achieve critical operational timing to meet customer and internal needs.
Perform basic warehouse tasks including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and cleanliness.
Exhibit competency in basic shift-specific tasks.
Interface with external contacts professionally to satisfy customers, carriers, and contractors.
Ensure all OSHA safety regulations, local regulations, and company safety rules are observed.
Drive safety in work behaviors.
Manage quality through limiting internal damage of product, proper loading and unloading of product to prevent damage at warehouse, route, and customer.
Demonstrate competency in assigned operational functions of WMS systems (Current system VIP).
Ensure proper product rotation and segregation using FIFO methods by leveraging WMS and manual monitoring.
Deliver and manage inventory accuracy through proper WMS and manual methods.
Meet objectives for net shrink, absolute shrink, and location accuracy.
Assure a clean workspace leveraging visual management.
Regularly inspect facility and equipment for operational readiness, escalate or resolve issues as identified.
Complete other duties as assigned.
