About The Position

Guest Environment Experts maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel and help create a memorable guest experience. Duties may include delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, and other related housekeeping work. The position requires a hands-on approach and the ability to move around the hotel as needed. Associates are expected to maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, protect confidential information, uphold quality standards, and maintain a professional uniform, appearance, and communication. Other reasonable job duties may be assigned as requested.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
