About The Position

The PM Busser, Food Runner joins the Renaissance Columbus Downtown restaurant team. The role supports dining-room service by clearing and resetting tables, maintaining service stations, serving guests beverages, breads, and butter, and transporting dirty tableware to the dishwashing area. Associates are expected to provide courteous, professional service to guests and coworkers, follow attendance rules, and perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Maintain professional, courteous, and respectful interactions with guests and associates.

Responsibilities

• Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting.
• Promptly and consistently reset serviceware as prescribed.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods, including necessary silverware, linen, and condiments.
• Serve guests beverages, breads, and butter to begin their dining experience, and replenish them as necessary.
• Transport dirty tableware from the dining room to the dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Remain professional and treat guests and associates with courtesy and respect.
