About The Position
The Renaissance Columbus Downtown is seeking a team member for its Restaurant team. The role supports dining-room service by clearing and resetting tables, maintaining service stations, serving beverages, bread, and butter, and transporting dirty tableware to the dishwashing area. Associates are expected to interact professionally and courteously with guests and coworkers, follow attendance rules, and perform other related duties as assigned. Responsibilities
- Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting.
- Promptly and consistently reset serviceware as prescribed.
- Maintain station stock and cleanliness for all meal periods, including silverware, linen, and condiments.
- Serve guests beverages, bread, and butter at the beginning of their dining experience and replenish as necessary.
- Transport dirty tableware from the dining room to the dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Remain professional and treat guests and associates with courtesy and respect.
