Requirements

Proven leadership experience within residential service plumbing
Strong and stable work history in residential SERVICE plumbing
Ability to confidently speak to KPIs, technician performance, and operational metrics
Strong knowledge of residential service plumbing operations
Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop technicians
Strong communication and leadership skills
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for building high-performing teams
Hungry, driven, competitive, and motivated to succeed
Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Someone who leads by example and brings positive energy to the team

Nice To Haves

Experience leading and developing larger residential service teams preferred

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop residential plumbing technicians
Ride along with technicians to provide in-field training and support
Drive performance, revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
Work closely with dispatch and operations teams to optimize schedules and call quality
Hold technicians accountable to company expectations, goals, and KPIs
Support technicians with technical troubleshooting and customer escalations
Foster a positive, team-oriented culture built around accountability and growth
Ensure high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer experiences are consistently delivered
