About The Position

D&D Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning is looking for a Plumbing Field Supervisor to lead from the front, support the team in the field, and help drive performance every day. This role is for someone who knows plumbing, knows people, and isn’t afraid to jump in and help when needed. The company is a growing business in Midland that takes pride in doing things the right way and is building a team of strong Plumbing Field Supervisors and skilled technicians who want to grow, perform, and be part of something long-term.

Requirements

• Journeyman Plumbing License required (minimum)
• At least 5 years of plumbing experience in a residential setting
• Proven leadership experience in a plumbing environment
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to coach, mentor, and hold technicians accountable
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Team player with a hands-on, lead-by-example mindset

Responsibilities

• Lead and support plumbing technicians in the field
• Run residential service calls as needed and lead by example
• Troubleshoot difficult jobs and assist plumbers when issues arise
• Hold team members accountable for performance, quality, and customer experience
• Coach and develop technicians to improve skills and performance
• Ensure jobs are completed correctly, efficiently, and to company standards
• Work closely with dispatch and management to keep operations running smoothly
