Lead the plumbing service team as a supervisor, providing technical support, coaching technicians, and helping grow plumbing service operations. Requirements

5+ years of plumbing experience
Basic computer skills required
Leadership experience

ServiceTitan experience a plus (training provided)
Leads by example, supports technicians, and builds strong relationships with the team and customers.
Communicates well, represents the company positively, and handles situations with integrity.
Takes pride in quality work, pays attention to detail, and follows through on responsibilities.
Works well with others, stays teachable, and contributes to a strong team environment.
Has basic hand tools and can lift 50 lbs., bend, kneel, and work for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Support technicians in the field by troubleshooting issues over the phone or on-site (travel within ~45 minutes of Manheim).
Help train, coach, & develop the service team to improve performance and consistency.
Work with dispatch to assign jobs based on technician skill level and job needs.
Prepare technicians for upcoming jobs by reviewing the scope, challenges, and expectations.
Act as a liaison between the service manager and field technicians.
Step into the field as needed to assist with service calls and keep jobs moving.
Contribute to process improvements, technical training, and strong customer relationships.
