About The Position

As a Plumbing Superintendent at Airo Mechanical, you will lead Plumbing projects from start to finish and manage all on-site aspects of Plumbing installations. You will ensure that work is completed safely, to required quality standards, and on time. The role involves coordinating crews and project resources, working with clients, resolving project issues, and supporting budget and cost control.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Plumbing Superintendent on commercial and industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of Plumbing systems, installation methods, and industry best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.
Solid understanding of construction safety regulations and practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
A valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Certification is preferred.
Plumbing-related certifications and licenses are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage Plumbing projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution, to meet project objectives and client expectations.
Supervise and coordinate Plumbing technicians, subcontractors, and other project personnel.
Ensure Plumbing installations comply with project specifications, codes, and safety standards.
Implement and enforce safety protocols, including conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.
Manage materials, equipment, and labor to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Maintain positive client relationships, address concerns, and provide project updates as needed.
Identify and resolve project-related issues and challenges promptly to minimize disruptions.
Maintain accurate project records, including daily reports, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
Assist in monitoring project budgets and controlling costs effectively.
Perform other duties as assigned.
