Plumbing Service Manager
About The Position
J. Blanton Plumbing is expanding into Ohio and building out a brand-new operation, creating a unique opportunity for a driven leader to take ownership of a growing market from the ground up. We are looking for a Plumbing Service Manager to lead the field operations of our new Ohio location. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will be responsible for building, developing, and managing a team of service technicians while driving performance, revenue, and customer satisfaction. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to coach technicians, and wants to be part of something being built from the ground up, this is that opportunity.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing plumbing service teams
- Strong leadership and coaching ability
- Experience driving technician performance and revenue
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to build and lead a team in a new market
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Nexstar systems is a major plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day field operations for the service team
- Hire, train, and develop high-performing service technicians
- Coach technicians on performance, customer experience, and revenue generation
- Drive KPIs including average ticket, conversion rates, and overall team productivity
- Ensure exceptional customer service and uphold company standards
- Implement and follow Nexstar systems and processes
- Work closely with leadership to scale and grow the Ohio market
