Requirements
- 5+ years of service management or similar leadership experience
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar service software
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

- Licensed Journeyman Plumber
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of the plumbing service department
- Review jobs and tickets with technicians to ensure quality and efficiency
- Assign technicians based on skills and job requirements
- Coordinate with Dispatch to maximize productivity
- Ensure technicians are fully equipped with tools, parts, and materials
- Monitor performance, efficiency, and job completion
- Track special-order parts and schedule follow-up work
- Use ServiceTitan to analyze performance, sales, and labor metrics
- Oversee technician time tracking for payroll accuracy
