Plumbing Service Manager

Action Air Plumbing & Septic LLCLubbock, TX
Onsite

About The Position

This is a leadership role for someone who genuinely cares about people - the kind of person who takes pride in helping others grow, solve problems, and get better every day. At Action, our Plumbing Service Manager is more than a manager. You're a mentor, a coach, and a partner in helping our team deliver an exceptional experience to every customer. You'll lead a department of 8-12 residential plumbing technicians and apprentices, guiding their daily performance, coaching in the field, and ensuring every job meets our standards for craftsmanship, customer communication, and operational excellence. You don't need to come from plumbing - this is a coaching role, not a technical one. But you do need to be the kind of leader who can step into a fast-paced environment and learn quickly. If you're energized by helping others succeed and thrive in an environment where every day looks a little different, this could be the role for you. This position offers competitive base pay, plus bonuses based on your team's performance. A relocation package is also available for the right candidate.
