At Action, our Plumbing Service Manager is more than a manager. You're a mentor, a coach, and a partner in helping our team deliver an exceptional experience to every customer. You'll lead a department of 8-12 residential plumbing technicians and apprentices, guiding their daily performance, coaching in the field, and ensuring every job meets our standards for craftsmanship, customer communication, and operational excellence. You don't need to come from plumbing - this is a coaching role, not a technical one. But you do need to be the kind of leader who can step into a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
