Requirements

• Strong background in plumbing service and operations (5+ years)
• Existing local network in the Huntington Beach / Orange County market
• Proven ability to generate business and drive sales
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service software
• Willingness to be hands-on in the field when needed
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to help build and grow a business
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day service operations while remaining hands-on in the field as needed
• Leverage your local network to drive business growth and generate new opportunities
• Support and develop technicians while ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Utilize ServiceTitan to manage scheduling, dispatching, and job tracking
• Drive revenue through strong customer relationships and sales-focused service
• Help establish processes, systems, and best practices for a growing startup
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards
