About The Position

We are expanding our Team! We are family owned and have been in business since 1962. We are busy and we need experienced Plumbing Service Manager. As Plumbing Service Manager, you will supervise, train and assist Service Plumbers and service incoming plumbing calls. You will be responsible for managing, training, ordering materials, labor, and production of Multi Family, Residential and Commercial Plumbing emergency and/or install projects. If you are responsible for ensuring seamless execution in Management and Training, plus skills in Sales Estimates and performing Plumbing Service Repairs or installations that are completed in a timely fashion while providing the highest level of professionalism and Customer Care in our Plumbing Department - WE WANT YOU!

Requirements

Strong knowledge and experience related to management and training
Scheduling, material lead times, product knowledge, and installation durations
Solid understanding of the City/County codes and installation methods
Proficiency in Service Titan Program
Basic understanding of workforce productivity and resource planning
Effective communication and organizational skills
Reliable attendance, punctual
Professional, positive attitude, and team oriented
Colorado Master or Journeyman Plumbing License, required
3-5 Years Experience in Management / Training
Valid driver license, clean driving record
Pass Drug Test

Responsibilities

Supervise, train and assist Service Plumbers
Service incoming plumbing calls
Manage, train, order materials, labor, and production of Multi Family, Residential and Commercial Plumbing emergency and/or install projects
Customer Communication planning and development for Service Calls
Oversee fellow Plumbing Technicians
Assist with Estimates, Coaching, Assisting in Service when required
Develop onsite planning to streamline material, parts delivery, equipment usage, and time after Customer Approval
Assign clear scope of work and responsibilities
Monitor schedule, maintain meticulous records, ensure consistent quality of work
Prioritize jobsite safety compliance
Attend weekly Staff meetings / Scheduling weekly Technician Huddles
