About The Position

This role is for a Plumbing Service Manager who can elevate the company's existing standards of professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will lead, coach, and develop a team of plumbing technicians, driving a culture of accountability, craftsmanship, and outstanding customer interaction. Responsibilities include ensuring jobs are completed with precision and clear communication, supporting technicians in maximizing opportunities while prioritizing the customer, monitoring performance metrics, and partnering with leadership to strengthen processes and grow the business.

Requirements

Proven experience managing residential service technicians (plumbing preferred)
A strong leader who inspires, motivates, and holds teams accountable
Someone who values customer relationships just as much as technical excellence
Ability to coach technicians on both service delivery and how to communicate value to homeowners
High energy, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
