About The Position

Delta Plumbing is growing and seeking a strong in-home sales professional who excels at building trust, diagnosing problems, and closing high-value plumbing and sewer solutions within customers' homes. This is a face-to-face, in-home sales role where income is directly tied to the ability to connect with customers, educate them on solutions, and close sales. The role involves running company-provided leads, diagnosing issues, presenting solutions like re-pipes, sewer repairs, and water heater replacements, building trust with homeowners, closing sales at approved pricing, creating estimates and documentation, coordinating with operations for job handoffs, managing projects to completion, and offering financing options.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to close in the home (home services, construction, or similar preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to hold price and protect margin
  • Comfortable presenting and selling high-value solutions
  • Organized and detail-oriented (clean notes, clean handoffs)
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and professional

Nice To Haves

  • Plumbing experience is a plus—but not required. We will train the right person on our systems, products, and process.
  • Candidates with backgrounds in: HVAC sales, Solar sales, Roofing / construction sales, In-home remodeling sales tend to perform very well in this role.
  • No install required.

Responsibilities

  • Run company-provided leads in customers’ homes
  • Diagnose plumbing and sewer issues
  • Present clear, confident solutions (re-pipes, sewer repairs, water heaters, etc.)
  • Build trust with homeowners and guide them through major decisions
  • Close sales at company-approved pricing
  • Create clean estimates, notes, and documentation in ServiceTitan
  • Coordinate with operations/install for smooth job handoff and execution
  • Manage project to completion
  • Provide financing options to home owners.
