About The Position

Delta Plumbing is growing and seeking a strong in-home sales professional who excels at building trust, diagnosing problems, and closing high-value plumbing and sewer solutions within customers' homes. This is a face-to-face sales role where income is directly tied to the ability to connect with customers, educate them on solutions, and close sales.

Requirements

Proven ability to close in the home (home services, construction, or similar preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to hold price and protect margin
Comfortable presenting and selling high-value solutions
Organized and detail-oriented (clean notes, clean handoffs)
Self-motivated, accountable, and professional

Nice To Haves

Plumbing experience is a plus—but not required.
Candidates with backgrounds in HVAC sales, Solar sales, Roofing / construction sales, In-home remodeling sales tend to perform very well in this role.

Responsibilities

Run company-provided leads in customers’ homes
Diagnose plumbing and sewer issues
Present clear, confident solutions (re-pipes, sewer repairs, water heaters, etc.)
Build trust with homeowners and guide them through major decisions
Close sales at company-approved pricing
Create clean estimates, notes, and documentation in ServiceTitan
Coordinate with operations/install for smooth job handoff and execution
Manage project to completion
Provide financing options to home owners.
