About The Position

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Plumbing Repair Specialist to join their team. This role involves following up on plumbing-related service calls, selling products within an assigned territory, and meeting or exceeding sales quotas. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, take-charge culture and be customer-focused. This is a full-time, year-round position with weekend availability, offering an uncapped commission structure.

Requirements

Experience in Outside Sales.
Experience in One-Call-Close.
Experience in a residential In-Home environment.
Must undergo pre-employment drug screen and employment background checks.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the Skilled Trades business model (Plumbing, HVAC, Pest Control, Lawn Care, Roofing, Air Conditioning, Siding, Windows, Solar, Counter Tops, Kitchen & Baths, Security, etc.).
Three or more years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

Act as a sales-driven closer and residential sales representative for new and existing customers.
Drive to sales locations, meet with current and potential customers in their homes, evaluate, and present options.
Engage in relationship selling with customers and earn repeat business through excellent performance in a one-call-close setting.
Meet and exceed budgeted sales goals through top performance and commitment.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Utilize closing skills to maximize earnings in an uncapped commission opportunity.
